This incident or a preamble of what was coming have been noticed on the 19th of January 2016 when a Laboratory roof of Physics department was oozing of smoke. But I guess this was
taken with levity and the real issue.

On the 20th of January 2016, one of our correspondent reported that the noted incident experienced on the 19th of January actually led to a fire outbreak on the 20th of January. It was said that the incident occurred around 2pm when every students were busy with their studies. The incident started with a smoke and led to a fire outbreak. Report reaching us said that the issue was controlled but the office had gone under serious fire issue. As at the time of filing this report, it was said that this actually did not come from the Physics department but rather from the office above the department. No life was lost and thank God to that. We hope this issue is being looked into and settled so as not to.
